Who You Hire Matters!
More and more I'm noticing a clear difference between agents who represent both buyers and sellers and agents who only represent one side. Neither way is right/wrong/indifferent but my opinion is you have a clear advantage when you have an agent representing you who can anticipate the moves of the other side of the transaction.
Please note - I'm not talking about representing both sides on the same transaction.
When you hire an experienced agent who has represented both buyers and sellers in the past you get the benefit of them knowing your partner's next move.
SCENARIO:
You are buying a your first home - YAY!! 😊
There are 2 other contracts on the table already - Uh Oh...😖
Your Realtor knows how to make your offer attractive because they've been on the other side before...they know what a seller wants and they can still keep you protected.
You agree on terms with your Realtor and submit your attractive offer...And...
YOU GET THE HOUSE OF YOUR DREAMS! - Whew! 🙌
