Painted Ceilings In or Out?
I'm personally loving this trend of painting your ceilings. Some people are painting the ceiling the same color as the wall. Some people are reversing what we've known for so long and painting their walls white/light and then painting the ceiling dark/moody. Here's the thing - it's just paint! If you don't like it, repaint it! The only thing that I can't stop thinking about when I see this trend is how back-breaking it must be to paint the ceiling. I'm not a Spring chicken anymore and I think I would have to hire someone to complete this task for me. Painting your ceiling could also lead you down the rabbit hole of wanting to update your lighting/decor as well. I think a painted ceiling would look best in a small space like a foyer, hallway, or bathroom.
