Renting definitely has its benefits. There are reasons why, for a short time, it can be convenient and necessary.
As agents and rental occupants at one time ourselves, we have seen it all, the good, the bad and the ugly. There are many reasons why we may encourage a client to explore the possibility of purchasing in lieu of continuing to rent. Often times, a lot of potential home owners don't even realize that it is a possibility. We want to save you from the waste of potential equity, annoying neighbors, living and pet restrictions. However, for some, it is totally necessary and can be a credit builder and bridge to buying their first home.
