Buying a new home can be scary if you don't have the right team behind you. It can be an emotional roller coaster to navigate through your lender, title agent, Realtor, and multitude of inspectors. 

Most people ask...When is the right time to buy a house given the current Market? 

I'm going to give you the typical 'it's always a good time to buy' Realtor answer LOL! Because it's true! When my grandfather bought his first home, interest rates were about 18% - and he still bought the house, it appreciated in value and they made a profit when they sold! 

The best time to buy a house is usually based on one’s situation and priorities. If you're in an ideal financial situation with some money saved up and your personal timeline is ready - then do it! Interest rates will fluctuate literally by the day and so will the market. No one has a crystal ball and no one can say that 5 years from now you did or didn't make a good financial decision. Generally speaking - real estate appreciates, in almost every market!
