My Rant About Sale's People!

Listen...I'm a sale's person! I truly care about my people. I want them jumping up and down and crying at the settlement table because they're so in love with their new home purchase. That's what I strive for...and I work really hard to make that a reality for a lot of families.

I have not had that same experience in the car industry as I'm in the market for a new car. The sale's people I have encountered have been lackadaisical and most haven't even asked me what I'm looking for in a vehicle! How much do I drive? What features are important to me?

I can't imagine what would happen if I didn't ask my clients these pertinent questions so that I can help guide them into the home of their dreams. I would literally just be un-locking doors for them! I can't stand this lack of service, but maybe it's something I just need to get used to. Maybe my mentality is dated and I'm 'old school'. 

I may have to deal with this service from others but I will never succumb to that in my own business. My people will always be what drives me forward to do the best I can for them and make sure they are nothing short of elated with their decision! #oldschoolforever!
